- 10 rice paper sheets
- 1 cup shredded cabbage
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 cup cooked chicken or shrimp
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- Oil for frying
Instructions
Step 1: Soften rice paper sheets in warm water.
Step 2: Mix cabbage, carrot, chicken, and soy sauce.
Step 3: Place filling in the center of each sheet.
Step 4: Fold and roll tightly.
Step 5: Heat oil in a pan.
Step 6: Fry rolls until golden and crispy.
Step 7: Drain on paper towels.
Step 8: Serve with sweet chili sauce.
