Creamy Mushroom Steak Dinner

Ingredients

  • 2 beef steaks
  • Salt & black pepper
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 cup mushrooms
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream

Instructions

  1. Season steaks well with salt and pepper.
  2. Heat pan until very hot.
  3. Add oil and cook steaks 3–4 minutes each side. Remove.
  4. Add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until soft.
  5. Pour in cream and simmer 2 minutes.
  6. Add steaks back into sauce.
  7. Serve with potatoes or vegetables.
