
Ingredients
- 2 beef steaks
- Salt & black pepper
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 cup mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
Instructions
- Season steaks well with salt and pepper.
- Heat pan until very hot.
- Add oil and cook steaks 3–4 minutes each side. Remove.
- Add butter, mushrooms, and garlic. Cook until soft.
- Pour in cream and simmer 2 minutes.
- Add steaks back into sauce.
- Serve with potatoes or vegetables.
