
Ingredients
- 500g chicken breast, cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1 cup flour
- 2 eggs
- Salt & pepper
- 1 tsp paprika
- Oil for frying
Sauce
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp ketchup
- 1 tbsp butter
Instructions
- Season the chicken with salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Dip chicken into eggs, then coat with flour.
- Fry until golden and crispy.
- In another pan, melt butter and cook garlic for 30 seconds.
- Add honey, soy sauce, and ketchup. Stir well.
- Toss the crispy chicken into the sauce.
- Serve hot with rice or fries.
